| ok so everyone has there fears in general, but what are your fears when you are on an investigation? are you one of those people who are terrified that they are going to look into a mirror and see an apparition behind you? (as one of our investigators said before) or are you like me and have a fear of turning a corner and and something be right there in your face...not giving you time to realize what you are seeing? (those are just some examples....so what are your fears? or am i and another fellow investigator just crazy? lol | |

| When you're my size and have my history, there isn't much that scares you. In fact, some people take it as cowardess as they view it as you doing nothing when in reality, the situation just doesn't mean that much to you. A prime example is when you and I were on an investigation (I think in Louisville) and a stranger approached you. I didn't think much of it as the guy was not intimidating at all. Once he started flashing money, I came up with a way to get us out of the situation without pissing him off by acting like Matt was wanting us inside because I knew the situation might get worse. My wife would have freaked out in that situation and I actually applaud you for keeping your cool, but in my eyes, nothing was wrong there until the money came out. I personally find this to be a tough question to answer as I'm not sure what would scare me. | |

| Okay psychiatrist KRISTIN, I come clean. It is I that admitted to something being behind me in the mirror would be scary. But yet when I had something pass in front of me in a reflection at the last investigation I was more in awe than anything. Unfortunately there is no video evidence but it was definitely interesting. So I don’t think I would scream like a little school girl and run away from it. But it is always good to face your fears and over come them. That is what makes us stronger.
Great Topic
So when do I get my happy pills.

| now see mike i was trying to leave your name out of it lol but i remember you jumping out of your chair in the upstairs of roundtown bc you thought it was something behind you and you figured out it was someone in the room's shadow and then you said that that would freak you out if you saw something was behind you through a mirror....how i remember that i dont know..but i was very perceptive that night being that it was my first investigation and paid very close attention to people reactions (with the exception of someone who jumps out of there chair and then runs from a basement).
jeff--men and women gauage situations like that differently...i was a little nervous when that guy first approached us but didnt think much of it but the fact that he kept coming back and every time he came back he got closer and closer enough for me to tell that he was really drunk and then i started to get really nervous. and i thank you for coming up the excuse that we needed to go back in. so jeff you dont think any thing would frighten you on an investigation...like getting shoved into a wall or burned on your face or back? or walking up the step and feeling something right behind you?

| I honestly can't say that something would frighten me right now on an investigation. Of course, if something actually happened, I might change my story. Trust me, at my weight and current health, I'm nothing much when it comes to defending myself probably, but I still have the cocky mentality of my boxing days. I guess if I actually saw a ghost and it came at me screaming or something, that might be a little more than I'm hoping for. Or if everything in the room started flying around, lol. I'm just in the habit of never thinking anything bad is going to happen. | |

| For me a couple of things, I do not! want to be spiritually harmed. A physical attack I can handle because it is of the flesh, on a spiritual note... that is much deeper, it could go down as far as your soul itself and who you are as a person.
The second thing is finding explanations for things that occur in this field, do any of you ever feel that no matter what we do, no matter how hard we study, will we ever find the truth? Or is it beyond our comprehension now and we will find that answer when we meet our own demise?
I know through paranormal research things have been discovered and explained scientifically. Is there a point where we can't proceed any further?

| honestly i think that we will keep trying and trying to find an explaination for all the paranormal bc that is how we all think but honestly i dont think we will ever have a complete full understanding of spirits. i know being in the medical field i ask alot of questions to myself about it. i mean as human beings we need a brain and oxygen to go to that brain to form thoughts and we need a larynx (voicebox) to vocalize these thoughts. so..how does a spirit who lacks those things...able to form a thought (such as help, or get out, or leave house) and then vocalize it. From the physical aspects of it....how does that happen? and ectoplasm...what the hell is that crap made out of? i would love to get my hands on that and test that stuff see what it is composed of!
and i totally agree i would never want to be harmed spiritually and honestly i would really rather not have something come home with me that is a big fear of mine bc i could deal with it i might not be happy about it but my family on the other hand would not deal with it very well and my two year old wouldnt understand and i dont want it to frighten him and then i would be in the same situation our clients are in when it involves children! but that chance comes with the territory

| Throw me across the room as long as video is rolling lol But yea, would not want to be possessed.. There will NEVER be explainations of the paranormal for as long as we are alive in my opinion but.....Following me home, been there, done that, just thanks God it was nothing evil, although it pissed me off thowing my bread on the floor daily lol guess it didnt like bread lol My mom had 1 at her house in Brown County, that every single time she would leave mustard sitting out, it would smear mustard all over the counter top. guess it didnt like mustard lmao | |

| ha ha ha at least it didnt stomp up and down constantly in the middle of the night or hide things from you (like my brand new not even out of the package recorder) or play with your kid's toys at 3 am....aiden had a toy that would only make noise if you touched it and squacked like chicken...drove us nuts...so i got up and push the off button...what ya know the next night at like 2 am the stupid thing is clucking. stupid ghost always like to wake me up. but after we moved it seems to have stayed at the condo we were at...but it wasnt there when we first moved in i dont think..and i joined the old group and started going on investigations around the same time i lived there so something may have come home with me or the spirit was already there and decided not to show itself until it was used to us. | |

| Man all these ghost not liking bread or mustard. Maybe they need to get together and make a sandwich. It would be really scary if they poored my dunkin donuts coffee on the counter!!! LOL
And to set the record straight I do believe I got up out of the chair to figure out what it was causing the shadow. Not to leave the room screamin like a school girl.

| Being followed home is something Investigators have to deal with, the worst thing you can do If you are experiencing that type of thing is ignore it (like i did) I have blessed my room many times now. I don't feel the presence is evil, they just know what i do and they are possibly looking for my help. I have had these experiences way before I started Investigating,I believe these experiences have lead me to become a paranormal Investigator, much like everyone else. It does come with the territory | |
