i have seen posts of many groups who use these as well, its more sensitive than a regular emf detector and looks promising

Yeah, there are more sensitive for sure but cost is probably the main issue why many people dont use them.

i guess they can be pretty pricy

Im not sure what type of use a radiation detector would be used for in the paranormal but just looked on E-Bay and they have some used ones for like $15 to $30 dollars. More advanced ones run up to $200.00.

Like MJ's site says it detects Alpha, Beta, and Gamma Rays which are radiation. Do you think spirits give off these types of radiation? I guess if you got one it would be interesting to find out.

I talked to some FD guys on a smell of natural gas in the area where they were using this to get readings of the gas so guess there are different uses for it. I know Im going to be butchered by this posting but OH Well.... Bombs away!!!
